The arbitration shall be conducted in Blacksburg, Virginia. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automation Creations, Inc. regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
